Executive Profile

Leadership Grounded in Operational Experience

My perspective was built by experiencing manufacturing from the inside out—learning the work, supporting the systems, leading teams, improving processes, integrating the value stream, and ultimately assuming full-site accountability.

I lead manufacturing organizations by aligning people, process, technology, supply chain, and business priorities to improve safety, quality, delivery, cost, customer service, and organizational capability.

My career progression has provided direct experience at nearly every level of a manufacturing organization—from operating equipment and supporting enterprise systems to leading integrated operations, supply chain functions, and an entire manufacturing site.

That breadth of experience shaped a leadership model centered on employee engagement, disciplined execution, data-driven decision-making, cross-functional integration, continuous improvement, and customer reliability.

Current Chapter

Info-Gel

Plant Manager

In 2026, I began a new chapter as Plant Manager at Info-Gel, bringing the lessons developed across more than two decades of manufacturing leadership into a different industry, operating environment, and stage of business growth.

The opportunity allows me to apply proven operating principles while continuing to learn a new manufacturing process, organization, customer base, and market.

It has also reinforced a belief developed throughout my career: although products, technologies, and regulatory environments change, the fundamentals of strong operations remain remarkably consistent.
